Yes! We offer our counseling services in-person as well as through secure video or phone sessions. We can offer this to anyone living anywhere in Washington State.

We offer counseling for individuals, couples, families, kids and teens. Our therapists are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Life Span Integration, Brain Spotting and Play Therapy. We also offer groups for couples affected by unwanted pornography use, infidelity and other forms of sexual cheating.

We are considered out of network providers meaning we do not take insurance. Insurance companies have the right to access your therapy notes and determine how many sessions they will allow us. They can decide to no longer cover sessions based on their interpretation of your progress and also require us to give you a diagnosis for billing purposes.

We are passionate about being able to meet you where you are at in your process of healing and growth and don’t believe that people fit into the boxes insurance often requires of them.

We are happy to offer you a superbill to file with your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement of the session fee.

Our standard appointment is 50 minutes. Eighty-minute sessions available upon request.

A “Good Faith Estimate” explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for this before you schedule a session.
Under the law, health care provides need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical service, including psychotherapy services. Please inform us if you do not have insurance or don’t plan to use insurance, and you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

We will send you paperwork to complete prior to our first meeting to gain a more in depth understanding of your concerns, needs, and goals. In our first session we will begin getting to know each other and you may share as much as you feel comfortable about yourself and current concerns. Sometimes this can feel strange and too open ended, and in that case your counselor will ask questions to help guide the conversation.

We have session rates to meet any budget. Our student therapists are $75 a session. Associates are $150/session and senior therapists are $185/session. Session times are 50 minutes. Our groups are $60 for a 90 minute group session.
